This elegant and exquisite crochet turtleneck warmer pattern is a written photo tutorial with detailed explanations for Adult size, midcentury styled, Josephine neck warmer.  This pattern requires a 4.5mm crochet hook and up to 100g of Medium Worsted yarn (see yarn requirements on the first page of the pattern). The ribbed neck part is made side to side, then, it is joined into one piece and the lace is worked in a circle. The lace is not a difficult piece of cake, but it looks really gorgeous!
