Warm and comfortable Librarian Cowl

The Librarian Cowl is tremendously beautiful, with delicate lace and turtle neck. It is good both as a neckwarmer and as a cowl or shoulder wrap. I love to make neckwarmers with exteneded main part to wear them at home. That's why I was thinking of a cup of hot tee, a book and this warm cowl.
