NEW! Frozen Beauty Neck Warmer pattern has been published!

I believe that if elegance has a name - it has been created in the Victorian age. I love to combine different laces with textured patterns and slip stitches to create a modern Victorian crochet garment I can name classical.
At first, you crochet the main part (around the neck) in hdc BLO, then, you join the sides and continue the “shoulders” part in a circle. An additional embellishment of this neck warmer is the part with the ruffles, in the end of the circular part.
